Unique spike pattern

The Moipu Extreme feed roller has a unique spike pattern. The spikes are not in a straight line, but spikes are interlaced pattern on the ribs and also ribs are interlaced on both sides of the center plate. With this solution, the number of spikes in the feed roller is increased by about 60 % compared to a regular feed roller, without clogging the feed roller with tree bark.

3 x More Grip Area

Thanks to the unique spike pattern of the Extreme feed roller, the roller provides an extremely strong grip. The grip area of the roller is approximately 60 % larger compared to regular rollers. This allows for drop the pressure, which lowers fuel consumption.

More Side Grip

Thanks to the unique spike pattern and wide grip area of the Extreme feed rollers, they provide excellent side grip. Even large and heavy logs stay firmly in between the rollers without falling off.

More Feeding Power

In addition to having more spikes than regular feeding rollers, the spikes of the Extreme feed rollers are also wider than usual. The advantage of the wide spikes is that feeding problem trees is easier due to the larger contact surface.

clogg free grip

The Extreme feeding roller has a lightweight and clog-free structure, despite its larger contact area due to the spike pattern. The gaps between the spikes do not collect bark, as pieces of bark fall off between the spikes. When the structure doesn't clog, the spikes always maintain a strong grip.

Smooth running

The grip area of the Extreme feed rollers is about 60 % larger compared to regular rollers. In addition, the spike pattern is symmetrical in both directions. The feeding direction makes no difference, as the roller spins smoothly in both directions.

Optimized performance

The spike structure of the Extreme feeding rollers is optimized so that most of the spikes are concentrated around the central plate, ensuring a large grip area along the tree's feeding course.
