​Forwarder can't be made more efficient with any attachment - or can it? ​Dividing forwarders loading space gives surprising advantages. Dividing your loading space enables you to separate different tree assortments in the forest. This way your driving gets faster and easier. With the Moipu Sorter you can easily extend the effiency of your forwarder. 

Assortments slows down the forwarder

Forwarder has to carry multiple different tree assortments from forest to road side. Normally trees are driven one assortment at a time or few assortments at the same time. Either the forwarder must drive many times the same tramlines or the unloading takes a lot of time.

Moipu Sorter enables you to divide loading space into two or three different sections . With the loading space divided, you can easily drive two or three assortments at a time. 

Forwarder don't have to drive the same tramline so many times and also the unloading gets a lot faster. The forwarder gets much more efficient!

Simple installation

Moipu Sorter is really easy to attach to almost any existing forwarder bunk. Installation can be done without expensive alterations as  welding or drilling.

Sorter pair include attachment plates. Plates are installed both sides of the bunk with bolts. The Sorting clamp is attached to the attachment plates also with a bolt. There are different Sorter models for different forwarders. 

Mounting of one pair of Sorters takes only 15-30 minutes and it can be done alone.

Easy to use

Moipu Sorter is supplied as a pair.  Sorter is either up or down position depending do you need it or not. Position of Moipu Sorter is easy to change with a grapple or a bundle of trees. Changing the position does not require tools or getting out of forwarder.

In the down position, the Sorters clamp is lower than the bunk, so it does not take up load space and is protected.
